Little Sprouts is the closest thing Bangkok has to a one-stop multidisciplinary children's clinic, and it is the name that comes up most often when expat parents ask other expat parents where to start. Assessment, speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, early intervention, social skills groups, music therapy and literacy support all sit under one roof on Thong Lo 5.

That matters more than it sounds. When a child needs a speech therapist and an occupational therapist and an educational psychologist, having them in the same building means they talk to each other, and you are not stitching together three separate opinions yourself.

Services run in English, Thai and Mandarin, and the team includes specialists with training in areas that are hard to find locally, including feeding, motor speech disorders, selective mutism and childhood apraxia. They also do school outreach, so a therapist can observe your child in class.

They are popular, which means waiting lists. Ask about timelines on the first call rather than assuming you can start next week.
